Black Challenge: Black Hole
Black Hole is a timed gauntlet into Cole. Reach the boss platform before the event horizon timer expires, then kill Cole before the second timer runs out.

What To Do |
| 1 |
Start moving immediately. The first timer is 300 seconds minus 20 seconds per challenge level, and it is for reaching the boss platform. |
| 2 |
Clear or outrun Runner, Seeker, and Slayer packs while keeping the group together enough to avoid deaths and resets. |
| 3 |
When someone reaches the boss platform, Cole is unpaused, loses invulnerability, and the fight switches to a 600-second boss kill timer. |
| 4 |
Focus Cole after the platform trigger fires. Do not waste cooldowns into him while he is still paused and invulnerable. |
| 5 |
Avoid attacking targets carrying Event Horizon unless you are ready for the punish: attackers lose 5% max HP and the target heals 2% max HP. |

What It Means |
| Two timer states |
Before the platform trigger, the timer is the run timer. After the platform trigger, it is reset to 600 seconds and becomes the Cole kill timer. |
| Platform unlock |
Cole is spawned paused and invulnerable. Entering the boss-platform trigger makes him vulnerable and starts the boss phase. |
| Event Horizon |
Event Horizon punishes attacks into affected units by removing 5% max HP from the attacker and healing the target for 2% max HP. |
| Cole spell package |
Cole can fire faerie fire, dispel, cripple, and slow through the Black skills trigger. The skill trigger re-enables after short delays, so expect repeated disables. |
